With profound grief and deep sorrow, Ningbo Airtouch Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) announces the passing of our actual controller and Chairman, Dr. Lin Shuiyang, who sadly departed this life due to illness on August 20, 2025.
As the founder of the Company, Dr. Lin dedicated himself wholeheartedly to its establishment, growth, and development. With tireless commitment and unwavering responsibility, he led the Company to the forefront of the global intelligent sensing chip industry. As an outstanding young entrepreneur, he laid a solid foundation for the Company’s long-term development and made indelible contributions to its success.
The Company and all employees express the highest respect for Dr. Lin’s remarkable contributions, mourn his passing with deepest sorrow, and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family.
A memorial service for Dr. Lin Shuiyang will be held at 11:00 a.m. on August 27, 2025, in the Lingxiao Hall of Shanghai Pudong Funeral Home.
