Implementation Principle
Principle of ranging
Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) refers to the emission of a continuous signal with a certain bandwidth and a linear change in frequency. This kind of signal is called a Chirp signal. FMCW can test distance, speed, etc.
Principle of motion detection
By detecting the amplitude of signal change at different times, when the degree of change exceeds a threshold and is within a given distance, it is determined that a moving target exists.
Principle of micro-moving detection
Anti-jamming filtering is performed on the signal, and based on the FMCW distance unit, the phase/amplitude change degree with time is counted for each distance unit. If the change degree exceeds the threshold, it is determined that the micro-moving target exists.
Principles of breath detection
By accumulating the signals of a given distance unit for a long time (several seconds to tens of seconds), the slow signal changes are extracted, and when the signal characteristics match the characteristics of human breathing (such as 12-20 times per minute, etc.), it is determined to be breathing exist.
