AT5820 is the world's first radar SoC sensor chip based on 5.8GHz. It integrates high-performance radar transceiver and 32-bit MCU on a single chip. It has rich resources and powerful performance. It can be interconnected with the main control or transmission chip. Can be used as a master MCU. Thanks to the chip's super radar sensing performance and professional signal processing capabilities, AT5820 can detect micro-movements and even breathing signals while realizing human motion detection, thereby realizing real human lifebeing sensing.
According to Zhang Zhenwei, vice president of marketing of our company, the AT5820 chip uses an all-silicon integrated sensor + 32-bit MCU, breaking the traditional sensor that requires an external MCU to achieve sensor functions. In addition, AT5820 can realize mixed real-time monitoring of motion detection, micro-motion detection, and breathing detection, realizing real presence perception, and high anti-interference technology to solve fan, air-conditioning and other interference. AT5820 is developed based on 5.8GHz, which has more performance advantages than 24GHz and 77GHz chips.

It can detect weak breathing and even heartbeat signals when the human body is not moving. In addition, the AT5820 has a built-in high-performance processor, which can transfer the radar signal to the frequency domain after FFT for signal processing, and then extract and confirm the breathing characteristics. It is especially suitable for application scenarios such as hotels, which can realize intelligent upgrades such as card-less power acquisition and energy saving.
